Waco, TX –Source Access, Inc. is dedicated to improving its service to existing and future partners, announces a new improvement for attaching partners authorizations directly to requests. This new feature is designed to relieve the need for faxing authorizations by partners, allowing them to attach authorizations electronically through the on-line process.

The elimination of the need for faxing authorizations when submitting requests for medical records reduces paper handling by both the partner and Source Access. This improves quality assurance and decreases cycle time for requests reaching the operations floor. This new feature is for those partners who desire to participate.
