Waco, TX –Source Access, Inc. is dedicated to improving its service to existing and future partners, announces a new improvement for attaching partners authorizations directly to requests. This new feature is designed to relieve the need for faxing authorizations by partners, allowing them to attach authorizations electronically through the on-line process.

Another Innovation from Source Access

Waco, TX –Source Access, Inc. continued its track record of innovation with the introduction of a paperless process to its medical record retrieval work flow. The effort began in the fourth quarter of 2007.

The program is designed to eliminate the need for printing faxes. With the old process, faxes were printed on a continual basis as medical records were received from facilities across the nation. The records were then matched with the correct request, scanned and posted to the correct account for use by the client. Large amounts of paper were being handled on a daily basis.
